- Attended by 2300 doctors from all over Egypt and Arabic countries ranging from GPs, Internists and specialists
- Speakers and chairmen were eminent International, Arabic and Egyptian professors from different specialists and consultants
- The conference has discussed the update in the field of diabetes and treatment and its relation to cardiovascular, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, kidney and liver diseases
- Besides the scientific sessions, press conference was held to reply to all questions of press media with indirect benefit for the patients finally
- The conference was followed by education workshop for maximum benefit
- Within the conference sessions MRCP workshop was done for postgraduate MRCP candidate doctors
